Onsite IT Support Specialist: End-User & Meeting Room Tech

WSP is seeking an IT Onsite Support Specialist to deliver responsive, customer-focused technology support across our Melbourne and regional offices. You will troubleshoot devices, software, and network issues while supporting Teams Rooms and collaboration tech.

With a computing background and 2+ years in IT support, you will manage incidents in ServiceNow, assist onboarding/offboarding, and help improve IT services for a growing, distributed team.
