Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist

La Casa Health Care is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator to help build and support a compassionate team serving seniors in Belen, New Mexico. You will manage recruiting from requisition through onboarding, source qualified candidates for skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care roles, coordinate interviews, and maintain timely communication with applicants and hiring managers. You will also support staffing schedules, track vacancies and hiring metrics, and ensure personnel records and hiring practices meet applicable requirements. Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, from opening requisitions through candidate selection and onboarding.
• Source and screen candidates for skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care positions.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with applicants and hiring managers.
• Support staffing schedules and monitor vacancies to help maintain appropriate coverage.
• Maintain recruiting records, personnel documentation, and hiring process compliance.
• Track hiring activity and prepare recruiting or staffing metrics.
