Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a strategic enterprise transformation initiative. This role is PMO and requires a strong background in Divestitures & Acquisitions (D&A), enterprise system carve-outs, and supply chain transformation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading complex cross-functional programs, managing stakeholders, and driving enterprise-wide initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage enterprise transformation projects from initiation through completion.
- Drive project planning, execution, governance, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Manage Divestiture & Acquisition (D&A) initiatives, including enterprise system carve-outs and business transitions.
- Coordinate with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings, project governance reviews, and executive status updates.
- Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and timelines are achieved.
- Collaborate with supply chain, operations, finance, and business stakeholders during transformation initiatives.
- Support organizational change management and communication activities.
- Maintain PMO standards, documentation, and project reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
- 10+ years of Project Management experience leading large-scale enterprise programs.
- Proven experience managing Divestiture & Acquisition (D&A) projects.
- Strong experience with Enterprise System Carve-Out initiatives.
- Experience managing cross-functional global teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and governance skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Operations transformation experience.
- Experience with enterprise application implementations or integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Experience in highly regulated industries such as Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, or Life Sciences.
