Car Sales Executive

We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive position at a well-established main dealer in Northampton, Northamptonshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional seeking to further their career within a reputable dealership group.
Benefits of the Car Sales Executive:

• Basic salary of £20,000, rising to £23,000 with accreditation
• OTE exceeding £52,000
• Attractive bonus and benefits package
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 6:00pm
• Saturdays (2 in 3): 08:30am - 5:00pm
• Sundays (1 in 3): 10:00am - 4:00pm

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

• Deliver excellent customer service while assisting all clients in vehicle purchases
• Conduct vehicle handovers efficiently, adhering to customer timelines
• Meet individual and team sales targets
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
• Assist in promoting the dealership s range of vehicles and services
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate administrative records related to sales processes
• Stay informed about product knowledge and industry updates to better serve customers

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, ideally within the motor trade
• Confident in delivering exceptional customer service to a variety of clients
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Full UK driving license
• Experience with vehicle handovers and achieving sales targets is highly regarded
• Professional attitude with excellent communication skills
