Project Manager Central London | Up to £90,000 + Package High Profile Heritage Refurbishment Project An established and highly respected main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a prestigious £15m refurbishment and building services upgrade project within one of London's most recognised heritage buildings.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a technically challenging scheme involving the installation of a new sprinkler system, significant M&E upgrade works, and light refurbishment throughout an operational, high-profile building in Central London.

The project presents a unique blend of logistical complexity, stakeholder management and heritage constraints, requiring a confident Project Manager capable of driving programme, quality and safety standards in a live environment.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage specialist subcontractors and ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the exceptionally high standards expected on such a prestigious scheme. Key responsibilities will include:
