Job Description
TECHNICAL LEAD MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS
a) Minimum of five (5) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
b) Possession of a bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.* *Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

TECHNICAL LEAD DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
a) Minimum of two (2) years of experience with complex IP networks that deliver voice and other data elements.
b) Minimum of two (2) years of experience with project planning and analysis, milestone tracking, and status reporting.
