- Ensure campaigns meet compliance requirements, including correct use of claims, disclosures and approvals.
- Ensure all customer communications are compliant across active jurisdictions, adapting messaging and requirements to each regulatory environment.
- Work with the Data team to ensure campaign tracking and reporting are accurate.
- Monitor campaign performance and support ongoing optimisation through testing and iteration.
- Coordinate with Sales and Lifecycle teams to align messaging, timing and customer contact rules.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and campaign execution.
- Good knowledge of segmentation, triggers and customer journey logic.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Comfortable working within regulated environments and approval workflows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Lifecycle, Data, Sales and Compliance teams.
- Competitive salary, and discretionary annual bonus.
- Private healthcare.
- Active Lifestyle allowance.
