The Role

  • Proactively acquire new B2B clients across Germany through outbound phone calls, focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
  • Independently manage the entire sales cycle, from lead identification and needs analysis to closing deals and nurturing client relationships.
  • Drive daily outbound activities to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Utilize and maintain the CRM system (Salesforce) for lead qualification, offer tracking, and documenting sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer service team to ensure optimal client support and identify further potential.
  • Achieve set KPIs within a performance-driven team environment.

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience in telephone sales or a related customer-facing role is beneficial, but motivated career changers and sales talents are encouraged to apply.
  • A completed apprenticeship or university degree can facilitate entry into their products and processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with active listening abilities to identify customer needs and provide compelling consultations.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus; comprehensive training will be provided during onboarding if needed.
  • A goal-oriented, independent work style with a genuine drive for sales and motivation from closing deals and achieving performance metrics.
