The Role

• Coordinate the nursing schedule to ensure exceptional patient care delivery.
• Work with nursing leadership to identify and implement improvements in staffing effectiveness.
• Advise supervisors on potential issues with the nursing schedule and staffing ratios.
• Manage and ensure compliance of employee, contract, and student files with regulatory standards.
• Schedule and communicate educational opportunities to nursing staff.
• Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.

What You'll Need

• High school education or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in staffing or scheduling, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Excellent organizational and clerical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
