HR Advisor

LSH Auto is a UK premium automotive retailer and one of the leading Mercedes-Benz dealership groups, supporting customers across new and used vehicle sales as well as aftersales services including servicing, MOTs, repairs, tyres, and parts. The business plays an important role in delivering a high-quality customer experience across the automotive journey, and its people team helps create the environment and support that make that possible.

As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting managers and employees with practical, compliant people guidance. This role is focused on helping the business navigate employee relations matters effectively, strengthening people processes, and contributing to a positive and well-managed working environment.

Hours - 40

Salary - Up to £37,500 dependant on experience

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases and provide clear, compliant advice to managers.
• Support employee development and career growth initiatives across the business.
• Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment law best practices.
• Coach line managers on performance, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and help improve people processes.

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher.
• At least 3 years of HR advisory experience handling employee relations and HR casework.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience coaching managers on disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters, and advising stakeholders at all management levels on employee relations issues.
• Ability to maintain accurate HR records and improve HR processes.
• Experience using Excel.
