For our Munich office, we are seeking an On-Site IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) to start immediately or by agreement for a 100% on-site position.

These are the tasks you can expect

• You will be the first point of contact for on-site IT support requests and will be responsible for independently answering and resolving these requests
• You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, and will assist with analysis and troubleshooting
• You will carry out IMACD activities (installations, moves, upgrades, changes, and decommissioning)
• You manage the local IT asset inventory and maintain inventory and device data
• You perform Smart Hands services and provide support during on-site technical assignments
• You provide technical support at meetings and events
• You collaborate with other IT teams and external service providers to efficiently handle requests

What We're Looking for in You

• You have successfully completed vocational training in IT or a comparable field; alternatively, demonstrable relevant experience is also welcome
• You have several years of professional experience in IT or desk-side support
• You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft M365 products, Windows, mobile operating systems, and how IT systems work
• You have in-depth knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
• You have already gained experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT workstations and peripheral devices
• You have knowledge of network technologies, cloud computing, and modern IT technologies
• Ideally, you have relevant certifications, such as Microsoft, cybersecurity, networking, or vendor certifications-though these are not required
• You work in a clear, structured, and results-oriented manner and have excellent organizational and communication skills
• You have very good written and spoken German skills as well as good English skills
