People Business Partner

Delta Defense is seeking a People Business Partner to drive strategic people initiatives for our fast-growing, mission-driven teams. In this role, you will collaborate with leaders to align talent strategies with business goals, coach managers, and support a high-performance, values-driven culture. You'll lead efforts across workforce planning, performance, and engagement; guide employee relations; and use data to inform decisions. Ideal candidates bring strong HR business partnering experience, sound judgment, and passion for enabling teams that serve responsible gun owners nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to business goals
• Provide coaching and guidance on performance, engagement, and workforce planning
• Lead talent initiatives including recruiting support, onboarding, and career development
• Guide managers through employee relations, investigations, and policy application
• Use people analytics to identify trends and recommend data-driven actions
• Support compensation, promotion, and organizational design decisions
• Drive culture, DEI, and engagement programs that reinforce company values
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
• Collaborate with HR centers of excellence on programs and processes
• Champion continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience
