The Role

• Performing activating basic and specialized nursing care
• Implementing nursing documentation and care planning
• Advising care-dependent individuals and their families
• Supporting residents in structuring their daily lives
• Adhering to and developing quality assurance measures in nursing

What You'll Need

• Certified geriatric nurse, general nurse, or nursing specialist
• High degree of flexibility and empathy
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork skills
• Ability to support residents in engaging with their daily activities
