FSS Capital Reporting Analyst

Reston Va, 3-4 days per week

- Local candidates required, with an expectation to be onsite at the Reston Town Center (RTC), 2000 Opportunity Way, Reston Va, 3-4 days per week

Key Requirements:

- Accounting knowledge-specifically derivatives and hedge accounting-is preferred, as well as a business background in Basel and ERCF (Capital Rule)
- Strong SQL skills and data analysis capabilities
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Ability to work independently

- Strong SQL expertise is required

Candidates should have a solid finance or accounting background

Hiring Manager Feedback / Profile Clarification:

• Most candidates submitted previously had strong Business Analyst / Data Analysis backgrounds; however, the manager is seeking candidates with:
  • Stronger finance/accounting background (finance or accounting degree preferred)
  • Recent experience focused on finance/accounting-related work
  • Hands-on experience supporting or creating business requirements
  • Experience with ERCF or Capital Requirements is a strong plus
