The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations.
• Handle a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks.
• Manage stock, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Represent the company by providing professional and friendly service to customers.
• Work independently and exercise sound judgment to make appropriate repair decisions.
• Maintain and utilize company-provided tools, diagnostic equipment, and a dedicated van.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for customer interaction and advice.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to different repair challenges.
• Strong organizational skills for stock management and reporting.
