Now Hiring: Level 1 Install Technician - Data Center

Fort Wayne, IN | Mon-Fri 7am-5pm, Sat 1pm-8pm | 58+ hrs/week to start
Are you dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn? We are looking for Level 1 Install Technicians to join our team at a high-profile data center project. No telecom experience? No problem. If you've worked in a trade or the military, used tools daily, or thrived in physically demanding roles - we want to talk to you!

What You'll Do:

• Assist with low-voltage installations and cable pulling
• Support lead technicians in building out critical infrastructure
• Learn on the job in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

What We're Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Experience in physically demanding jobs (construction, trades, etc.)
• Bonus: Any experience with telecom, installation, or low-voltage work

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Haven, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
