Job Description


We are seeking a Power Platforms Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in administering Microsoft Power Platform, building Power Apps, and automating workflows with Power Automate and a proven ability to design, implement, and support scalable, secure, and integrated enterprise solutions.


Responsibilities:



  • Design and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents to meet complex business needs.

  • Automate engineering and business processes using Power Automate to improve productivity and efficiency.

  • Customize and integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems and third-party services for seamless interoperability.

  • Engineer data models and manage integrations with SharePoint, SQL, and Dataverse to ensure accuracy and reliability.

  • Administer tenant settings, environments, DLP policies, licensing, and monitoring within Power Platform.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for solutions, workflows, and processes.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, IT, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable designs.

  • Stay current with Power Platform updates and introduce new capabilities to enhance solutions.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate in an engineering or systems role.

  • Proficiency with Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.

  • Experience with data integration and management using SharePoint, SQL, and Dataverse.

  • Familiarity with JavaScript and PowerShell scripting for solution customization and automation.

  • Understanding of Microsoft Graph API for Power Platform administration tasks.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with effective communication and teamwork skills.


Preferred Skills:



  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900).

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100) or Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200).
