Are you a highly capable Revit professional who takes genuine pride in producing exceptional documentation?
This is an opportunity to join a respected studio known for delivering thoughtful, high-quality projects from community and commercial to a variety of sectors. With a collaborative team spanning architecture, interiors and urban design, this practice continues to shape the built environment through intelligent, considered design.
The OpportunityYou will play a key role in the technical documentation of projects, working closely with senior project leaders to bring concepts to life through detailed, coordinated and buildable documentation.
This role will suit a technically strong Senior Architectural Technician, Architectural Graduate or a recent Registered Architect who enjoys the technical side of architecture, thrives in Revit, and takes real pride in producing accurate, refined work.
Key Responsibilities- Support project teams through design development, tender and construction documentation
- Produce high quality architectural documentation, drawings and detailing in Revit
- Coordinate consultant information and integrate documentation efficiently
- Apply sound knowledge of NCC, BCC and relevant Australian Standards
- Attend client and consultant meetings where required
- Work to project deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Minimum 5 years' experience within an architectural practice
- Advanced Revit capability with strong technical documentation skills
- Thorough understanding of construction methodology and detailing
- Site experience will be highly regarded
- Proficient in Adobe Suite
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Detail oriented with genuine pride in producing accurate, polished documentation
