• Position Overview
• We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to lead testing activities and ensure applications meet functional, performance, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will take ownership of testing efforts, work independently with minimal supervision, proactively manage tasks, and deliver high-quality results within established deadlines.
• Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documents to ensure completeness and testability.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, product owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Develop test conditions, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using qTest and Tricentis Tosca.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation, defect records, and requirements traceability.
• Review testing artifacts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
• Identify, document, track, and report defects with clear, reproducible test steps.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues, prioritize fixes, validate solutions, and close defects.
• Manage test data collection and analysis according to project schedules and established procedures.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-up meetings.
• Identify testing risks, communicate potential project impacts, and recommend solutions proactively.
• Monitor testing progress and ensure timely completion of assigned QA activities.

• Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies.
• Experience analyzing business requirements and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in developing test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as qTest and Tricentis Tosca.
• Experience in functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Knowledge of defect management, test documentation, and requirements traceability.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex testing activities independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and decision-making capabilities.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading QA activities across complex enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Agile project management and test management tools.
• Experience coordinating testing across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to identify process improvements and proactively mitigate project risks.
