Fleet Inventory Coordinator

KIELY FAMILY OF COMPANIES seeks a Fleet Inventory Coordinator to manage and optimize IT hardware and peripheral assets that power our software and digital transformation projects. You will track inventory across multiple locations, maintain accurate records in our asset systems, and support fleet readiness for internal teams and client engagements. Partnering with operations, IT, and project leaders, you'll coordinate deliveries, conduct audits, and enhance processes for cost control and availability. Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of IT fleet and hardware inventory across sites and projects
• Update and reconcile data within inventory and asset management systems
• Coordinate procurement, shipping, and deployment of equipment to internal teams and client locations
• Perform regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor asset lifecycle, including allocation, returns, repairs, and decommissioning
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and project managers to forecast inventory needs
• Generate reports on stock levels, usage trends, and costs for leadership
• Implement process improvements to increase accuracy and reduce delays or losses
• Liaise with vendors and logistics partners to track orders and deliveries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards for IT assets
