Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is looking for a Lead Product Analytics professional to drive insight generation across our digital customer experience. This role will partner closely with Product, UX, Merchandising, Marketing, and Engineering teams to understand how customers interact with our websites, evaluate newly launched features, identify opportunities to improve the experience, and inform product roadmap decisions. Adobe Analytics will be the primary analytical platform for this role, supported by SQL and other analytics tools as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product and UX teams to define KPIs and measurement strategies for new digital features and experiences
  • Analyze customer behavior across homepage, navigation, search, product pages, recommendations, cart, checkout, and other key digital experiences
  • Evaluate feature launches and product enhancements to understand adoption, engagement, conversion, and business impact
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, product discovery, conversion, and digital merchandising
  • Analyze performance across product categories, merchandising strategies, campaigns, customer segments, devices, and channels
  • Use Adobe Analytics to investigate site performance, identify customer friction, and generate actionable insights
  • Partner with Merchandising and Marketing teams to understand how promotions, content, assortment, and customer acquisition influence onsite behavior
  • Support product roadmap prioritization through opportunity sizing, behavioral analysis, and performance measurement
  • Identify data quality issues and partner with analytics implementation teams to diagnose and resolve measurement concerns
  • Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations and executive-ready stories for business stake

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of product analytics, web analytics, or ecommerce analytics experience
  • Strong retail ecommerce experience and understanding of digital customer journeys
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Analytics, including Workspace, segmentation, calculated metrics, fallout analysis, and attribution
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs including conversion, revenue per visit, average order value, product engagement, and funnel behavior
  • Experience partnering with Product, UX, Merchandising, and Marketing teams
  • Experience evaluating digital feature launches and identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose changes in business performance
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience using event-level or customer-level data preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate analysis into clear business recommendations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
