Location: Atlanta, GA
Work Model: 100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IP&R) to lead complex supply chain planning and transformation programs. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IP&R), along with expertise in demand planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain planning. This role will manage multiple cross-functional workstreams involving Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Merchandising, Procurement, Operations, IT, Data, and Business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end IP&R and Supply Chain Planning programs from planning through implementation and stabilization.
  • Manage program roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, and governance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Procurement, Merchandising, Operations, IT, and Data.
  • Drive initiatives involving inventory planning, replenishment, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain transformation.
  • Improve replenishment strategies, safety stock, ordering parameters, inventory policies, and planning processes.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to define requirements, priorities, solutions, and implementation plans.
  • Lead requirements, solution design, testing, UAT, deployment, change management, and post-go-live activities.
  • Track KPIs including forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, stock availability, inventory levels, and replenishment performance.
  • Manage program risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Lead executive status meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive process standardization, automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendors and implementation partners when required.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Supply Chain Transformation, Supply Chain Planning, or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IP&R).
  • Strong experience with Replenishment Planning, Demand Planning, and Demand Forecasting.
  • Experience with Inventory Optimization and Supply Chain Planning.
  • Proven experience managing complex programs with multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Experience working with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Experience with Supply Chain Planning/IP&R system implementations or transformations.
  • Strong program governance, risk management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Experience with enterprise planning platforms such as:

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be a Supply Chain/IP&R Program Manager, not a general IT Program Manager. Key combination: IP&R + Replenishment Planning + Demand Planning/Forecasting + Inventory Optimization + Program Management.
