ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Engineering Intern at Solstice, a global specialty materials company, you will gain hands-on experience working on impactful projects that support process innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. Based at our Metropolis, IL site, you'll collaborate with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to help solve real-world challenges, improve manufacturing processes, and contribute to the development of advanced materials and chemical solutions that serve customers around the world.

The hourly salary range for this position is $27.00-$35.00.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of processes and solutions
• Support cross-functional teams in product development and improvement initiatives
• Conduct research and analysis to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in engineering
• Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful outcomes
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for engineering projects
• Collaborate with team members to drive innovation and continuous improvement

YOU MUST HAVE

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Rising junior or senior standing
