Job Description

We are growing our ServiceNow delivery capability and are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join the Advance Thinking team. In this role, you will be engaged on an inflight project for one of our key clients.

The Role

Representing Advance Thinking, you will play a hands on role in landing and driving key ServiceNow implementation projects for our client, while also acting as a trusted developer for platform support across their various business units.

Key responsibilities include
  • Design, develop, configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform to support business requirements across our client's brand portfolio
  • Drive key ServiceNow projects from initial scoping through to successful deployment
  • Provide high-quality technical guidance to team members and platform users across the business
  • Contribute to streamlining processes within the platform to eliminate operational waste and maximise system efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units to translate requirements into fit for purpose ServiceNow solutions
Key Delivery Areas

The role will involve development and delivery across the following core ServiceNow capability areas:

ITSM
  • Incident, Problem and Change Management configuration and enhancement
  • Service Catalog and workflow optimisation
ITOM
  • Discovery, CMDB and infrastructure workflow support
  • Data updates and lifecycle management
HRSD
  • Contribute to design solution options for HRSD services and categories
  • Configuration and support of HR case management and employee service centre workflows
IRM
  • Configuration of risk, compliance and audit workflows within the Integrated Risk Management module
CSM
  • Assist with design and implementation of CSM
  • Configuration and support of customer case management and service workflows
Integrations
  • Design, delivery and support of integrations connecting ServiceNow with other enterprise system
About You

You are an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a proven background delivering within complex, enterprise environments.

You will demonstrate
  • Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer within complex, enterprise or multi-tenant environments
  • Core development capability across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, Integrations
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with different internal business units
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a track record of developing solutions to optimise processes and eliminate operational waste
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously across a varied project pipeline
Skills and certifications
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA and/or CIS in relevant modules)
  • Confident with integrations and enterprise technology data and processes
