We're hiring on behalf of a leading, internationally renowned specialist clinic in orthopaedics, known for its commitment to the highest medical standards and exceptional patient care. With a dedicated team of 700 professionals, they serve a large volume of patients annually, upholding their status as a FIFA Medical Centre of Excellence and a key medical center for the Bavarian Olympic Training Centre.

The Role

• Responsible for the professional reprocessing of medical devices in accordance with current legal and regulatory requirements.
• Performing accurate, computer-assisted documentation and meticulous logging of all reprocessing processes.
• Consistently implementing and adhering to hygiene regulations and quality management (QM) procedures.
• Maintaining strict adherence to all relevant hygiene standards and workflows.
• Ensuring the quality and safety of medical devices through diligent reprocessing.

What You'll Need

• Successful completion of Fachkundelehrgang I or II as a Technical Sterilization Assistant (DGSV e. V.) or a completed apprenticeship as a Medical Device Reprocessing Specialist (FMA).
• Good command of German, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate and document effectively.
• A proactive approach to hygiene, technical understanding, and manual dexterity.
• A responsible, quality-oriented, meticulous, and reliable work ethic.
• Flexibility, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
• Availability for a two-shift system and participation in weekend on-call duties.
