Workday HCM Project Coordinator

Our Healthcare client in California is seeking a Workday Project Coordinator to support them during a Workday implementation.

• 12-month contract role
• Travel onsite about monthly
• Must be able to work PST time

Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of overall project management experience
• 2-5 years of Workday project experience (HCM and/or Financials)
• Experience supporting at least one full lifecycle Workday implementation
• Experience within a healthcare organization or healthcare client environment
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, HR/payroll regulations)
• Strong understanding of Workday modules such as:
  • Core HCM
  • Time Tracking
  • Absence
  • Payroll
  • Benefits
  • Recruiting
  • Financials and/or Supply Chain (nice to have)
• Experience coordinating testing cycles and defect tracking
• Proficiency with project tools (Smartsheet, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
• Workday Project Management or Launch certification OR Fins or SCM certification
