The Role

• Create attractive and high-quality culinary presentations.
• Prepare and refine fresh products, including creating specialty items according to house recipes.
• Implement sales-promoting initiatives and promotions to drive business.
• Ensure outstanding product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a completed apprenticeship or professional experience in food retail or the gastronomy sector.
• Open to career changers with experience handling food.
• Genuine interest in preparing and refining fresh meat and specialty products.
• A passion for customer interaction and the retail industry.
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility.
