The Role

• Ensure an exceptional shopping experience and high customer satisfaction.
• Drive efficient store operations, maintain product availability, and maximize sales.

• Oversee all sales floor and stockroom tasks in collaboration with the team.
• Manage inventory, including receiving goods, merchandising, and monitoring expiration dates.

What You'll Need

• Proven ability to drive branch success with strong leadership qualities.
• A completed apprenticeship in retail, or equivalent professional experience.
• A friendly demeanor and genuine enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Strong leadership, communication, flexibility, and team-building skills.
• A hands-on approach and a diligent work ethic.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective communication.
