Senior Business Analyst
Location: Remote
 

Position Summary
Experienced Business Analyst to act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, leading requirement gathering, business consulting, stakeholder management, and business documentation to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, and discovery sessions.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, SOWs, and business documents.
• Review and support contracts, compliance, and governance documentation.
• Present solutions and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project, technical, and delivery teams.
• Support UAT, change management, and project planning activities.
• Drive process improvements and ensure business objectives are met.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Law, or related field.
• 8+ years of Business Analysis, Consulting, or Client-Facing experience.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, SOWs, proposals, and business cases.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work directly with senior executives and clients.
• Knowledge of contract and legal documentation processes.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft 365.
