Teamcenter Integration Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Integration Architect to lead the technical design, architectural integration, and implementation of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions for enterprise-level deployment.

In this role, you will act as the core technical expert bridging PLM business processes with complex enterprise application integrations (ERP, MES, CAD, and Substance Compliance systems). You will drive technical governance, lead cross-functional development teams, and collaborate directly with client executives and business partners to deliver high-availability PLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Integration Architecture & Design: Architect, design, and implement robust bidirectional integrations between Siemens Teamcenter and enterprise applications (ERP/Oracle, MES, CAD, and PLM sub-systems) using Teamcenter Active Integration Gateway (T4EA, T4S, T4O—with primary emphasis on T4O).

• Core Module Implementation: Oversee solution design and configuration across core Teamcenter modules, including BOM Management, Change Management, Security (SSO/LDAP), Material Management (IMM), TcRA (Teamcenter Reporting & Analytics), Substance Compliance, and Teamcenter Manufacturing.

• CAD Integration & Customization: Lead and manage CAD tool integrations with Teamcenter to ensure seamless multi-CAD data exchange and structure synchronization.

• Technical Governance & Administration: Oversee Teamcenter application administration, architecture configuration, access security, and environment upgrades across global deployment environments.

• TCL & Custom Scripting: Utilize TCL scripting and Teamcenter API tools to customize handlers, workflow rules, data transformation scripts, and automated data mapping across integration gateways.

• Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership: Function as the primary technical liaison between onshore/offshore development teams and business leadership, managing expectations, architectural reviews, and technical deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Total Experience: 12+ years of overall IT software engineering and enterprise system delivery experience.

• Relevant Experience: 6+ years of dedicated technical leadership and hands-on architecture experience in Siemens Teamcenter.

• Mandatory Integration Skills:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Teamcenter Active Integration Gateway platforms (T4O heavily preferred, alongside T4S / T4EA).

  • Direct experience with Teamcenter CAD integrations.

• Functional & Module Depth: Hands-on experience implementing and supporting:

  • BOM Management & Change Management

  • Security Modules, SSO, and LDAP Integration

  • Integrated Material Management (IMM)

  • Teamcenter Reporting & Analytics (TcRA)

  • Substance Compliance & Teamcenter Manufacturing

• Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen (USC) or (GC).

• Location: Must be based in or willing to work on-site/hybrid in San Jose, CA or Atlanta, GA.
