Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall SAP data migration workstream.
• Develop the migration strategy for ECC FI S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• Lead the ECC HCM SuccessFactors migration strategy.
• Establish migration governance, scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and cutover plans.
• Lead migration mock cycles and dress rehearsal.
• Establish data migration quality gates.
• Coordinate functional, technical, data, reporting, and business teams.
• Own data cleansing and remediation strategy.
• Lead customer/vendor master-data cleansing activities.
• Define migration validation and reconciliation standards.
• Produce finance reconciliation reporting suitable for auditor review.
• Manage migration defects and data-quality issues.
• Coordinate migration activities across offshore conversion engineers.
• Establish repeatable migration factory processes.
• Support cutover planning and execution.

Finance Migration Responsibilities

• Lead ECC FI migration into S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• Validate migrated financial data.
• Establish reconciliation procedures covering:
  • Record counts
  • Financial balances
  • Balances by fund
  • Open items
  • Other relevant financial control totals
• Ensure reconciliation results can be reviewed and accepted by finance/audit stakeholders.

HCM Migration Responsibilities

• Provide migration oversight for:

PA / OM / PY SuccessFactors / EC / ECP

• Understand historical infotype data and custom HCM history.
• Identify which historical HCM/payroll data should be migrated versus retained through alternative strategies.
• Coordinate with HR/payroll functional teams on migration decisions.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP/data migration experience.
• At least 2 ECC S/4HANA migrations.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • SAP Migration Cockpit
  • LTMC
  • Staging tables
• Experience delivering migrations at enterprise or county/public-sector scale.
• Proven experience creating reconciliation reports that finance/audit stakeholders can accept.
• Strong understanding of counts, balances, funds, open items, and financial reconciliation.
• HCM migration knowledge covering PA/OM/PY history.
• Understanding of SuccessFactors/EC/ECP migration considerations.
• Strong data-cleansing and migration-governance experience.
• Experience leading multiple mock migration cycles and dress rehearsal.
