Job Description As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for performing systems engineering and software development in multiple large enterprise server environments (e.g., Linux, Red Hat, and CentOS) in support of the mission! What You Will Be Doing :

  • Providing technical guidance in software engineering techniques and automated support tools.
  • Analyzing functional business applications and design specifications for functional activities.
  • Preparing required documentation (program-level and user-level).
  • Assisting in establishing standards for information systems procedures.
  • Performing technical evaluations and analysis.
  • Supporting the customer in the development and maintenance of systems baseline.
  • Assessing server loads and working with technical leads to develop tuning recommendations.
  • Providing operational pager/phone duty support.
  • Completing day-to-day operations && maintenance tasks.
  • Performing operating system software updates, upgrades, and patches.
