Job Description

Position: Java with AI

Location: Austin, TX or South Lake, TX

Duration: 6+ months

Interview Mode: In Person

End client:Charles Schwab
 
 
Need local Texas candidates residing close to any of the given location. Final round is In Person.
3 days Hybrid
9 - 13 years.
This is 6 months contract to hire.
 
Required Qualifications
 
• Expertise in Java, Angular
• Familiarity with Mongo DB, Postgres
• Familiarity with debugging in Google Cloud Platform, PCF environments
• JWT Tokens, REST Interfaces
• Familiarity with AI methodologies like Context Driven and Spec driven development, agentic development, skills, sub agents etc.
• BS in Computer Science or related field
• Executes development tasks in an Agile Environment.
• Handles incident responses independently while working with cross-functional teams
• Develop rigorous testing to ensure systems and products meet quality standards
• Effectively implement requirements using roadmaps, epics, and backlogs
• Independently executes software design techniques that meet project requirements
• Ability to work effectively with Offshore team members
 Consolidates software changes into secure, stable releases using best practices
 
AI Experience: “We need someone who can demonstrate how he would use AI to break down and analyse the problem, along with a clear guidance to the tool based on his own design approach. Need to refine prompts, validating the proposed solution, or seeking clarification on requirements. Should be able to explain several fundamental practices we expect from an AI-assisted developer.”
