Senior Azure Databricks Platform Architect – Tenant-to-Tenant Migration

We are seeking a Senior Azure Databricks Platform Architect with strong hands-on experience leading Azure tenant-to-tenant migrations and Databricks platform separations.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years in cloud data platform architecture / enterprise platform operations.
• 5+ years of hands-on Azure Databricks architecture, administration, and operations.
• Proven experience with Azure Databricks tenant-to-tenant migration, platform separation, cloud carve-outs, or divestitures.
• Strong Unity Catalog and Databricks governance experience.
• Strong Azure networking/security: VNet, Private Link, NSG, Key Vault, Entra ID, Managed Identity.
• Strong Terraform / IaC and CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with production cutover, rollback, validation, and hypercare.
• Excellent technical leadership and stakeholder communication.

Preferred: M&A/divestiture experience, Databricks certifications, Asset Bundles, Lakehouse Federation, Delta Lake.
