Job Description

Position: System Analyst / QA Manager
 
Location: Richmond, VA
 
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days Onsite, 2 days Remote)
 
Interview Process: Web Cam / Video Interview Only
 
Position Summary
 
We are seeking an experienced System Analyst / QA Manager to lead end-to-end Quality Assurance and testing initiatives. In this role, you will design overall testing strategies, manage complex defect triage across multiple vendor teams, and ensure data integrity across enterprise systems.
 
Core Responsibilities
 
  • Lead SIT, UAT, and End-to-End (E2E) testing for large-scale enterprise modules and COTS systems.
  • Develop test scenarios, test cases, and detailed test data; oversee execution and readiness reviews.
  • Facilitate defect triage meetings with cross-functional vendor and business teams to track issues to closure.
  • Analyze data integrity and conversion/integration processes across legacy and modern platforms.
  • Deliver executive-level status reports, testing metrics, and summary presentations to key leadership.
Key Skills & Qualifications
 
  • Medicaid Eligibility Systems: 15+ years of hands-on domain experience.
  • Testing Leadership: 10+ years coordinating SIT, UAT, and E2E test lifecycles.
  • Test Creation & Defect Management: 10+ years developing test cases, preparing test data, and tracking bugs.
  • Technical Proficiency: 10+ years working with Mainframe systems, data analysis, and programming logic.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: 10+ years facilitating meetings, managing cross-vendor teams, and delivering executive presentations.
  • Teradata: Querying experience is a strong plus (Desired).
