About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate sales, corporate business development, channel partner management, and revenue generation. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate clients, channel partners, referrals, and direct business development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, investors, corporate organizations, and business associates.
  • Develop, onboard, and manage a strong network of channel partners to increase sales opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads and drive them through the complete sales cycle until successful closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, business presentations, project demonstrations, and coordinate site visits.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and agreements to successfully close business deals.
  • Prepare business proposals, sales presentations, quotations, and revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Pre-Sales teams to execute lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, customer behavior, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, customer interactions, and business reports.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, corporate meetings, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure exceptional customer relationship management throughout the sales journey and post-sales engagement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management is preferred.
Experience
  • 5-8 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory.
  • Experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, or Channel Partner Management is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
