The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Respond to a variety of vehicle issues, from flat batteries and tyre changes to complex fault-finding.
• Provide reassurance and quick, confident solutions to members in need.
• Manage your own schedule, starting and finishing from home.
• Work an average of 40 hours per week with optional overtime.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
