The Role

• Provide holistic and individualized care, addressing psycho-social needs and adhering to nursing science and legal standards.
• Accurately identify and assess patient needs, including life-threatening conditions, and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate nursing processes, including developing nursing care plans.
• Implement physician orders and effectively communicate relevant observations.
• Perform and assist with therapeutic and diagnostic measures.
• Maintain thorough documentation of care and adjust measures as needed.
• Guide and train trainees and new employees.

What You'll Need

• Completed professional qualification as a Registered Nurse (specialization in Pediatrics or equivalent is welcome).
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Loyalty, commitment, and flexibility in task execution.
• A positive attitude towards interprofessional collaboration.
• For international applicants: Minimum B2 German language proficiency and recognition of foreign qualifications.
