Job Title: Wireless Solutions Architect

Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 3 to 6 months with high possibility of extension.

Onsite from the dayone 

Core Responsibilities

• Design & Implementation: Develop comprehensive wireless architecture strategies covering private 5G, CBRS, DAS, RAN Engineering, Wi-Fi, and IoT networks.
• Requirement Analysis: Analyze client and/ or organizational needs to customize wireless network infrastructures.
• Technology Evaluation: Assess new wireless technologies and recommend integration approaches into existing systems.
• Collaboration: Work with network engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to align solutions with technical and business goals.
• Security & Compliance: Oversee network security protocols and ensure compliance with telecommunication standards.
• Performance Optimization: Implement roadmaps for new wireless infrastructure projects, including RF planning, spectrum management, topology design, enterprise networking, automation and multi- vendor wireless solutions.
• Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, system integration plans, and performance optimization strategies.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in IT.
• Willing to work onsite in a full- time capacity in Houston, Texas.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of wireless communication protocols (LTE, NR, IEEE 802.11) and network design tools.
• RF & Spectrum Skills: Experience in radio frequency planning, spectrum management, and network topology.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to lead and coordinate with diverse teams across engineering, sales, and operations.
