Technical Product Manager – Supply Chain & Procurement Systems

Location: Sunnyvale, CA [Hybrid ]

Exp: (6+ Years) MID LEVEL  Product Manager Needed  MAX OF 10 years exp

📌 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Supply Chain Technical Product Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions supporting our global supply chain and procurement operations.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business operations and engineering teams:

  • 60% Focus: Solution design, system integration, requirements execution, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across enterprise platforms.
  • 40% Focus: Domain expertise in materials planning, supplier management, direct/indirect sourcing, and procurement workflows.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at translating complex operational challenges into scalable system solutions, and acts as a trusted partner to both business stakeholders and engineering teams.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

1. System Delivery, Integration & Execution (60%)

  • Solution Design & Delivery: Partner directly with supply chain and procurement business users to design, develop, and implement system solutions that streamline operational processes and drive efficiency.
  • Requirements Engineering: Translate high-level business needs into detailed technical specifications, PRDs, user stories, functional process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • System Integration: Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, and Data teams to define APIs, data pipelines, and system interfaces connecting ERPs, WMS, TMS, and procurement tools.
  • UAT & Release Management: Own end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT)—author test plans, coordinate testing cycles with business users, track defect triage, and drive sign-offs for production rollouts.
  • Change Management & Adoption: Lead rollouts, conduct post-launch retrospectives, provide user training, and establish feedback loops to measure adoption and drive continuous system improvements.

2. Supply Chain & Procurement Domain Leadership (40%)

  • Domain Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert across Materials Planning, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Purchase Order (PO) Execution, Contract Management, and Invoicing/Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, manual touchpoints, and data discrepancies across the supply chain network; propose automated, scalable platform features to solve them.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Optimize system touchpoints for supplier onboarding, scorecards, demand forecasting, capacity planning, and lead-time tracking.

3. Stakeholder Management & Program Coordination

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the central communication hub between procurement leaders, operations teams, developers, QA, and third-party vendors.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify cross-system dependencies, technical blockers, and delivery risks to ensure on-time milestone execution.
