Job Description:
  • We are seeking a Senior Azure & Microsoft 365 Engineer with deep expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, and hybrid identity solutions.
  • This role requires a technical leader who can drive cloud modernization, automate administration, strengthen security, and support enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and support enterprise Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
  • Lead Exchange Online architecture, hybrid deployments, mail flow, security, and lifecycle management.
  • Manage Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, and SSO integrations.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 collaboration services including Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
  • Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security, compliance, governance, and data protection solutions.
  • Develop PowerShell automation for administration, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Support Azure infrastructure, identity services, and cloud integration projects.
  • Manage PKI, certificates, and secure authentication services.
  • Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Azure issues while providing expert-level technical support.
  • Participate in cloud migration, tenant consolidation, security hardening, and modernization initiatives.
  • Ensure infrastructure aligns with enterprise security and compliance standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on Microsoft cloud technologies.
Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience administering Microsoft infrastructure and cloud technologies.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Exchange Online including hybrid deployments, mail flow, transport rules, connectors, mailbox management, retention, litigation hold, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Protection, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), SSO, and hybrid identity.
  • Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
  • Experience implementing Microsoft Purview, DLP, retention policies, eDiscovery, and Microsoft 365 governance.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation, reporting, and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, PKI, and certificate lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of Azure IaaS services including Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, and identity integration.
  • Experience implementing Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Exchange Online Protection, anti-phishing, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
  • Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support experience in enterprise Microsoft environments.
Skillsets:
  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, AZ-104, AZ-305, SC-300, or equivalent.
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure (EC2, IAM, VPC, Route 53, CloudWatch).
  • Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager administration.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and security frameworks such as CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, or HIPAA.
Education:
  • Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
