Job Description

Talent is a global leader in digital and technology recruitment. With over 300 employees, 9 offices and revenue of $1billion, we are on a mission to build a better world of work for all - and you can be a part of it!

We know what really matters: development, flexibility, recognition, and purpose. And that's just what we offer. Of course, you can expect some additional perks including a world-class conference,  health and lifestyle allowance, wellbeing days, industry-leading training & development programs, oh and ‘Friday Drinks’ if that’s your jam.

Working with Talent, you’ll be joining an award winning company with a core value to ‘Give a Damn’. We believe in having a positive impact on our people, our community, and our world.

About the Role

Own the day-to-day planning, production, publishing and performance of content and organic social media across Talent Group. This is a hands-on role with accountability for taking agreed work from brief to completion, coordinating contributors and approvals, and maintaining the processes that keep delivery on track.

Working with marketing, creative, sales and regional teams, you will turn business priorities and subject matter expertise into useful content that builds trust, strengthens brand visibility and supports qualified client enquiries and sales conversations.

The role supports Talent, Solve by Talent, Avec and relevant sub-brands, including Scale by Avec.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Ownership

  • Own the agreed organic social channels, including LinkedIn, from forward planning and content creation through to scheduling, publishing, community management and optimisation.

  • Maintain a shared social calendar aligned to campaigns, events, business priorities and relevant industry conversations.

  • Write social copy, brief creative and produce straightforward assets using approved templates. Coordinate executive and MD content where agreed.

Content Creation and Distribution

  • Plan, research, write and edit blogs, thought leadership, case studies, website and landing-page copy, email campaigns, reports and sales content, maintaining accuracy and each brand’s tone of voice.

  • Repurpose reports, webinars, events and subject matter expert interviews into social posts, carousels, short video scripts and email content.

Campaign Execution

  • Own assigned content, social and email deliverables from brief to completion.

  • Coordinate stakeholders, creative contributors and regional teams; secure inputs and approvals; and proactively follow up outstanding actions.

  • Build, schedule and publish approved content in the relevant CMS, social and email platforms.

  • Coordinate agreed award submissions, event, sales and internal communications content as prioritised.

Processes and Asset Management

  • Own and maintain the shared content calendar and delivery tracker, keeping briefs, owners, deadlines, status, approvals and dependencies accurate and visible to the team.

  • Manage the content request and approval workflow, maintaining organised asset libraries, approved versions, templates and reusable content.

  • Identify recurring delays and implement agreed process improvements that improve quality and turnaround times.

Search and Content Optimisation

  • Apply content SEO, answer engine optimisation and generative engine optimisation practices to agreed priority content.

  • Work with growth marketing colleagues and specialist partners to implement agreed content recommendations and monitor organic performance.

Reporting and Continuous Improvement

  • Provide monthly content and organic social reporting covering delivery, audience engagement, relevant website traffic, enquiries where measurable, and priority organic content performance.

  • Use results, stakeholder feedback and audience insights to test formats, improve distribution and refresh underperforming content.

  • Demonstrated experience managing business social media accounts from planning and production through to publishing, community management and reporting, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to interview subject matter experts, explain complex topics clearly and adapt tone across brands and audiences.
  • Evidence of delivering multiple projects concurrently, managing deadlines and coordinating stakeholder inputs and approvals with dependable follow-through.
  • Practical experience using a CMS, social scheduling tools, email marketing or automation platforms, analytics tools and shared task-management systems; ability to learn the team’s tools quickly.
  • Working knowledge of content SEO and performance reporting, and the ability to brief creative and produce simple social assets using approved templates.
  • Sound judgement, attention to detail and proactive communication, including the confidence to clarify requests, recommend solutions and escalate issues appropriately.

Desirable experience includes B2B professional services or recruitment marketing, multi-brand or regional delivery, award submissions, case study development and basic video editing. Familiarity with HubSpot and Bullhorn platforms is advantageous.
