As an HR Intern, you'll gain exposure to:
Talent acquisition and recruiting
Employee onboarding and orientation
Employee engagement initiatives
HR communications and policy development
HRIS systems and data management
Organizational culture and employee relations
Employment law and HR best practices

What You'll Do
Assist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
Help organize employee events, recognition activities, and engagement initiatives
Assist with HR projects related to new policy creation and implementation, new HRIS system projects, etc.

Maintain employee records and HR data with accuracy and confidentiality
Create presentations, reports, and employee communication materials
Conduct research on HR trends, programs, and best practices
Support day-to-day HR operations and special projects
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
