Position Summary
Support FCRM's Data & Change Assurance function by strengthening metric governance, reporting oversight, change governance, documentation standards, and data transparency. Partner across business, risk, technology, and data teams to ensure alignment with enterprise data strategy, regulatory requirements, and governance expectations.
Key Responsibilities

• Govern metrics, reporting, and key risk indicators across FCRM.
• Oversee data quality, reporting integrity, and control effectiveness.
• Assess impacts of business, regulatory, process, and technology changes.
• Develop and maintain governance documentation, standards, and procedures.
• Enhance data transparency, lineage, traceability, and reporting controls.
• Support regulatory, audit, and risk governance activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement data governance and change management practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+years of experience required in data analytics, risk management, compliance, data management, or change management.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to communicate complex issues and recommendations to leadership.

Job Overview:

• Perform default, loss, and prepayment forecasting on credit sensitive positions within the Analytics Portfolio.
• Participate in company stress testing and capital planning efforts surrounding the securities portfolio and Treasury mortgage portfolio.
• Advise line of business, companywide functions, and more experienced leadership on business strategies based on research of performance metrics, trends in population distributions, predictive scenario modeling, and other complex data to maximize profits and asset growth and minimize operating losses within risk and other operating standards.
• Interpret and translate regulatory defined stress test scenarios into model parameters, evaluate results of stress test results, and interpretation of model output.
• Provide leadership in the identification and development of new research concepts and designs.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed.
• Provide updates on project logs, monthly budget forecasts, monthly newsletters, and operations reviews.
• Assist managers and leaders in building quarterly and annual plans and forecast future market research needs for business partners supported.
• Mentor or manage more less experienced staff, interns, and external contractors.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 plus years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Job Summary:

• Lead the development, validation, implementation, and ongoing performance monitoring of AML transaction monitoring models.
• Assess data inputs and outputs to ensure models function as intended and meet regulatory standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive model documentation for audit and governance purposes.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and technology teams to enhance model effectiveness and address emerging risks.
• Drive model enhancements leveraging big data and advanced analytics techniques.
• Provide subject matter expertise on AML transaction monitoring and model risk management frameworks.\"

Required Skills:

• 7 plus years of experience in analytics, model development, or related roles within financial services or risk management.
• Proven experience as a model owner or developer for financial crimes or AML models.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Familiarity with big data tools; experience working with large financial institution data, meaning high-volume, complex datasets such as transactions, customer profiles, and product transactional information that require advanced tools and techniques for analysis.
• Ability to clearly and accurately articulate complex issues, risks, and propose solutions to various levels of staff and management through excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics); advanced degree.
• Familiarity with Oracle Platforms

Pay Range: $52- $55
