Sales Executive

RS Group is hiring ambitious individuals looking to start or continue a career in sales and logistics. You’ll receive hands-on training in freight brokerage, customer development, negotiation, and relationship management while working alongside leaders with decades of industry experience.

Responsibilities
Make outbound prospecting calls and emails
Learn the freight and logistics industry
Identify customer transportation needs
Build relationships with shippers and carriers
Generate new business opportunities
Manage accounts and customer communication
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred not required
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Competitive personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Coachable and eager to learn
Former athletes or team-oriented backgrounds encouraged
