Pay Range: $50/hr - $57/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of research briefs outlining key learning objectives and actionable success criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define concepts for testing and gather business requirements.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Recommend appropriate research methodologies based on business objectives.
• Evaluate research vendors through structured RFP processes and maintain relationships to ensure project alignment.
• Analyze consumer and shopper data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
• Develop compelling presentations that communicate research findings and recommendations.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5 7 years of experience analyzing consumer data, conducting research, and delivering insights that drive business decisions.
• Strong knowledge of research methodologies, including primary and secondary research, qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Experience managing external research vendors, including RFP development and performance management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with syndicated research platforms such as Circana, Nielsen, or similar tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience in shopper marketing or managing online research communities.
