Job Summary:

Seeking a resource skilled in collecting functional requirements designing features coordinating across teams with expertise in Digital Wallet Merchant offers and Design Thinking workshops.

Job Description:

· Collect functional requirements from stakeholders.

· Write detailed feature specifications.

· Coordinate effectively across multiple teams to ensure alignment.

· Possess a strong understanding of Digital Wallet Merchant offers.

· Provide technical solutions to the development team at the design level.

· Facilitate Design Thinking and Ideation workshops to drive innovative solutions.

· Should possess deep knowledge on Digital Wallets Commerce Media Card Linked Offers or related customer facing digital payment or credit card products.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements.

· Document and communicate feature requirements clearly.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

· Apply expertise in Digital Wallet Merchant offers to guide solution design.

· Deliver technical design solutions that meet business needs.

· Lead Design Thinking and Ideation workshops to foster creativity and problem-solving.
