Job Description

IT-Administrator (m/w/d) Schwerpunkt SAP-Basis | Munich, Germany | Hybrid This employer is a leading European systems house renowned for its broad product portfolio in defense technology, from combat vehicles to artillery systems and military bridging solutions. As part of a larger European group, they combine innovation with tradition and long-standing expertise, offering highly interesting and complex challenges within a collaborative work environment. The Role • Ensure the smooth operation of the SAP system landscape, including ERP, SRM, EWM, PO, GTS, Fiori, and HCM. • Administer and maintain the Solution Manager for optimal functionality. • Guarantee SAP system availability and continuously optimize performance. • Manage the SAP system lifecycle, including planning, implementing, and monitoring patches and upgrades. • Install new SAP systems and manage the transport of modifications. • Support the operating system environment (NIS, DNS, SMB, NFS, LDAP). • Handle incident management for the SAP infrastructure. What You'll Need • Completed IT apprenticeship, a degree in computer science, or equivalent qualification. • Profound knowledge and practical experience in virtualization. • Expertise with storage systems, ideally NetApp. • Strong Linux (SLES) skills. • Basic knowledge of databases like DB2, Oracle, and Hana is a plus. • Independent, structured working style with excellent problem-solving skills. • Team-oriented, communicative, and customer-focused. • Very good German and good English language skills.
