Job Description:

A Senior or Lead Software Engineer with ServiceNow Platform expertise.

This person will be leading and contributing to a strategic reset of Client’s ServiceNow Platform. We are starting over with a new greenfield instance following ServiceNow best practices and standards for out of the box configuration where possible to reduce technical debt as well as following the Common Service Data Model.

Client has the following modules that will be re-built and enabled during this effort:

• ITSM,
• On-call Module,
• Platform Analytics,
• Employee Center,
• Collaborative Work Management,
• Integrations, SAM, HAM,
• Strategic Portfolio Management,
• Business Continuity,
• GRC/IRM (Vendor Risk Management),
• NowAssist for ITSM,
