Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Work Management Architect to lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Work Management solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Work Management, SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and SAP S/4HANA, with a proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to deliver innovative and scalable solutions. The SAP Work Management Architect will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, driving business process improvements and ensuring successful project execution throughout the solution lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP Work Management solution architecture, implementation, and support engagements.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical SAP solutions.
  • Design end-to-end Work Management, Maintenance Management, and Asset Management processes.
  • Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and integration teams to deliver business value.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, fit-gap analyses, and solution design reviews.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in SAP PM, EAM, Work Order Management, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance Operations.
  • Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Support integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, risk management, and issue resolution activities.
  • Lead SIT, UAT, defect triage, and deployment planning efforts.
  • Support end-user training, organizational change management, and go-live activities.
  • Recommend SAP best practices and process optimization opportunities to clients.
  • Present project updates, architecture recommendations, and status reports to client leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP Work Management.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and SAP EAM.
  • Experience leading large-scale SAP implementation and transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance planning, work order management, asset management, and field operations.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration experience.
  • SAP certification in PM, EAM, or S/4HANA modules.
